About us
About us
The Operational Risk Clinic was established in Copenhagen in 2014 by Michael Jensen and Maryam Kazemieh, and rebranded in 2018 as The Global Risk Clinic, as a boutique Governance, Risk and Compliance advisory consultancy aimed at providing value added services to financial segment organizations across the globe.
Organic growth has led to offering a portfolio of meaningful value propositions, developed by our collective of specialist advisors having in excess of 700 + years of combined experience in governance, risk and compliance arrangements from executive and senior level positions within global and domestic financial institutions.
In 2019, Global Risk Academy was established to provide Learning and Development activities in governance, risk and compliance streams, and to research and provide thought leadership in the segment to students, managers and specialists.
Why us
We offer a comprehensive range of value propositions, products and services combined with flexible and cost-effective delivery options. Our advisors work globally and provide tried and tested solutions which are benchmarked against best practices and germane audiences, but tailored to local needs.
We pride ourselves at working at an expedited pace in order to provide tailored, immediate and value adding solutions to our clients.
Our advisors utilise each other’s experiences and compound this to develop scalable, simple, and automated solutions, sometimes in association with selected technology collaborators, and work with internal resources, leveraging a vast global network of luminary and subject matter experts in Governance, Risk and Compliance arrangements.
Our Advisors
Global Risk Clinic has 35 advisors, including a talent pool of supporting experts who bring a significant breadth and depth of experience to ensure Client fulfilment. Our advisors have been purposely selected, evaluated, and many are considered thought leaders within their fields of expertise.
We have chosen this mode of operating to remain flexible and perform tailored solutions based on customer needs. Our approach provides superior value due to the broad spectrum of knowledge and seniority of advisors.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Global Risk Clinic is committed to the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility and strives to be a responsible business, which values sustainability, responsibility and conscious choices.
At GRC we endeavour to apply these business ethics throughout our whole organisation, be it in our local communities, the wider society or through our global partnerships. We value cultural diversity, inclusion, human dignity, and believe human rights should be upheld in all aspects.
We all share the same planet, therefore at GRC we strive to consistently better ourselves and advocate the use of environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions.
Our CSR principles are demonstrated through:
- Environmental and sustainable measures:
